个人简介
周蓉，湖南湘乡人，中共党员，博士，硕士生导师。于2017南开大学微生物学专业获得博士学位，2018年至今在湘潭大学化工学院开展工作，主要研究方向为藻菌功能多糖富集调控与健康应用研究。先后主持省部级项目4项，在Chem. Eng. J、J. Agric. Food Chem、Bioresource Technol、Int J Biol Macromol、J Food Biochem、World J Microb Biot等刊物发表论文30余篇。
